Yes, we require a Damage Waiver Deposit be made upon Check-In. This is required to be done on a credit card and is done as a pre-authorization only. If damages occur, the Resort will make adjustment against the pre-authorized amount as damage recovery.
On average, banking institutions take up to 48-hours to reverse the pre-authorization from your account. This is controlled by your bank and credit card company.
No, there are no required fees. Some activities and events are at a cost to participate. These costs can be added to your condo unit folio and paid for upon check-out.
